Method
Every processor in the catalogue is evaluated against every board on its socket. Temperature is the model's estimate — 38 °C of interior case air plus the stress ratio scaled by 65 °C — averaged across all socket-compatible pairings for the boards carrying each chipset. Socket-incompatible pairings are excluded because they produce no temperature.
Sample size: 2,682 evaluations across 120 processors and 80 motherboards. Model constants are published on the methodology page.
